All ages are welcome! Recommended minimums: 42km & 21km – 12 years and above; 10km – 8 years and above; 5km – open to all ages.
Yes. Helmets are compulsory and must be shown at registration, or you will be turned away.

Seek shelter — we will delay to let the floor dry. If rain persists past 10:30am, the race will be cancelled without refunds.
No. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Race categories cannot be changed after registration.
